Before touching any AI, defining the product the old-fashioned way: each team picked an idea, defined its buyer personas, built the backbone of activities and actions, wrote user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria and drew the MVP line on a shared Miro board.

We voted on an idea with dot voting, defined three buyer personas, built the backbone of activities and actions, wrote user stories with their acceptance criteria and drew the MVP line. All on a shared Miro board and, for dessert, a prototype generated with AI straight from the map.
