Origin
Originating from Japan, the term 'Niko-Niko' means 'smile' and was created in 2005 in Yokohama, by Mrs. Sachiko Kuroda at Fujitsu Software Technologies Limited.
Use
Team members place colored stickers or emojis on the calendar to represent their mood at the end of each workday, along with a brief explanation.
