LeSS is guided by 10 principles, including empirical process control, transparency, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Scaling
LeSS offers two configurations - Basic LeSS for two to eight teams and LeSS Huge for more than eight teams, providing a scalable approach for different organizational sizes.

LeSS emphasizes that each team be cross-functional and highly self-managed.
